Brian P. Ogle joined the Law Offices of Darren L. Embry, PSC in an Of Counsel position on February 19th, 2007. Born in Owensboro, Kentucky, Brian is a graduate of Hancock County High School, Murray State University and the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Brian received his Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Murray State University where he received numerous scholarships and graduated magna cum laude. Brian then attended the University of Kentucky College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate.

After law school Brian took an associate's position with Andrews & Associates in Lexington where he practiced in the areas of real estate and foreclosure law. Brian quickly knew that he wanted to focus his entire practice in the area of real estate law and has done so exclusively since that time. After leaving Andrews & Associates, Brian acted as counsel for Gambrel & Wilder, PLLC and U.S. Title, Inc. and has presided over 3,000 titles and loan closings. Brian is one of the foremost experts in Kentucky Real Estate Law, Title Issues, and Loan Closings.
